Training hotel kitchen operation

The center provides comprehensive vocational training in various areas within the hotel and tourism sectors, equipping students with skills essential for careers in these industries. Additionally, we establish connections with leading hotel businesses to create valuable market linkages that support our graduates in securing employment and practical experience.

Our mission is to develop highly skilled and capable professionals who excel in the hospitality industry. By empowering young people from low-income families with both technical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, we aim to enable them to pursue successful careers and, ultimately, to start and manage their own businesses.
All scholarship programs are generously funded by Kinderhilfswerk Global Care Germany, ensuring that financial support reaches those who need it most.

Training Process

The training process at our center begins with a foundational theoretical component to introduce trainees to key concepts in their sector. Practical training constitutes the majority of the curriculum, with 70% of the training conducted hands-on within our training center facilities.

The remaining 30% of the training is completed through an internship program in various hotels and resorts, allowing trainees to gain real-world experience. During their internships, trainers conduct workplace visits to support and monitor each trainee’s progress.

After the internship, trainees return to the center for skill gap training, targeting areas identified for improvement. Finally, they undergo an institutional assessment to validate their competency levels.

Assessment

Institutional Assessment

The institutional assessment helps prepare trainees for the national assessment by reinforcing their knowledge and skills, making the final evaluation process more accessible and manageable.

National Assessment

The national assessment is a critical, final step for trainees seeking job opportunities. Achieving competency in this assessment is essential to qualify for employment. Trainees who are not yet deemed competent will have multiple opportunities to retake the assessment until they reach the required competency level.

Graduation

Upon completion of theoretical instruction, practical training, internships, and successful assessment, the final phase for our graduates is securing employment opportunities.

Market Linkage

Prior to initiating the training, we established agreements (Memoranda of Understanding) with various hotels and resorts. Following graduation, we will collaborate with these establishments to encourage them to consider hiring our graduates within their industries.
