Legal form
Kinderhilfswerk Stiftung Global-Care (KHW) is a legally capable foundation under civil law with its registered office in Fritzlar, Germany. Organs of the foundation are the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees. The Board of Directors is responsible as the internal and external legal representative of the foundation.
The preamble for the foundation states:
” On the basis of the Christian principle of loving your neighbour, the foundation cares for people of all ages in need of help. It advocates for the possibility of leading a life, which complies with the dignity of a human being. It provides help to all people, regardless of their religion, political affiliation or race.”
